Pages Automotive is now owned and operated by Nelson born Dave and Amy Wilson who pride themselves on maintaining the established standard of service. If you are looking for quality vehicle repairs or service at realistic prices, while maintaining a personal touch, you have come to the right place!
We service or repair any make or model. No job is too big or too small.
Pages Automotive is located at 12 Parere Street, close to Nelson central. We have off-street parking and a customer waiting room for your convenience.
We will always keep you updated about what is happening to your vehicle. We will also tell you what needs to be fixed, what needs to be replaced and serviced. You’ll never be left wondering what you’ve paid for. We will make sure your vehicle keeps on running reliably and save you money in the long term. We can provide all your vehicle service needs, including, brakes, exhaust, general repairs, warrant of fitness and more.
We are MTA backed and provide full workshop repairs, service and WOF.

Pages Automotive was a three-generation business founded on honest family values and morals, first established in 1954 by the late Alan Russell Page. Dave was fortunate to work as a senior mechanic with both Chris and Ken Page at, formerly, A R Page (Pages) for five years, a franchised Kia dealership at the time.
Dave and Amy purchased Pages in May of 2012 they are locals from the Nelson area and are proud to continue providing service with integrity. Pages as we now know it is at 12 Parere Street in Nelson, which started with just Dave and has grown now to three technicians.
Dave Wilson, born in Nelson and is the face of Pages Automotive. From early on was brought up with a mechanical and can-do attitude, to do things once and do it right.
Attention to detail and mechanical experience of over 30 years. Through perseverance and entrenched family morals, and of course, the backing of wife Amy has proven worthy of Director, owner, and mechanic. Dave is proud to supply customers with integrity. Dave is an A grade motorcycle mechanic by trade, serving most of the motorcycle businesses of past and present in lead mechanical and manager roles.
Amy Wilson, Nelson born is our silent back bone of the business. Amy is our Administrative guru.
Currently also an Executive Administrator to a Richmond Chief Executive Officer.
Amy has many years in the industry and brings both direction, integrity with a family work balance.
Adam Sutton, born in Nelson provides us with a wealth of knowledge in a vast automotive field. Adam is a car enthusiast from way back in his early teens. A pre-trade course was only the start, he has worked in various mechanical workshop one of which was A&E auto. His knowledge of vehicles, parts and all known issues comes from 20 years of auto dismantling and working in the mechanical workshop.
His hobbies from Mini cross to street stocks. Manufacture and repair and to now hunting, fishing and gold prospecting.
Bruce van der Merwe. Born in Cape Town South Africa brings us a lifetime of wisdom beyond his age. Bruce is a motorcycle and car enthusiast having owned superbikes and modifying vehicles, starting back when. Employment started at a motorcycle dealership mechanical workshop. After this, 4 years of apprenticeship training and knowledge was gained at the Mercedes-Benz dealership. 1 year followed at the BMW dealership as a qualified mechanic. Then he had the opportunity to look after a construction company’s fleet mechanical work for 3 years.
